Marketing secrets for small businesses

Many people have stressed because the small business that they running is failed. Before you get a headache, you can follow this marketing strategy.

  1. Allows consumers to know you. One of the main differences between big business and a small service is that you can give that personal interaction that is recommended here. A small business is that comparative advantage should be exploited.
  2. Compete on quality. A small service business cannot compete with a giant on the basis of price because the savings that are achieved with an economy of scale in a large business base will never be achieved by a small business. One should be focused on quality and service and is distinguished and sell value added.
  3. Tempt customers with incentives. Sometimes small businesses forget to give incentives to their customers. That’s part of marketing and a way to distinguish them-selves from big business. For example I work to install curtains should I distinguish myself from the big corporation that also makes him not only with the quality of my installation but for future services by giving discounts or bonuses for referrals or incorporating additional services like cleaning the windows.
  4. Keep in touch. Client that has to be incorporated in its database to send periodically offers its services letters but also maybe with some tips for their services. Returning to the example of the curtains can give tips on how to maintain them, as a wash step and withdraw offer this service for maintenance. Now with computers is very easy to make these letters with proper presentation.
