Keylogger for your business

What do you think of when hearing the word keylogger? Most of us would have imagined negative things associated with the theft of data. It is not wrong because most people misuse the tool, but this device when used properly will provide great benefits.

Keylogger is a well-shaped device software or hardware installed on your computer to record all activity that occurs on a keyboard (working in silence without known by people). Whatever you write or type will be displayed and stored in the key logger.

Apart from the resulting negative things, we can use it to improve the productivity of our business. How it can be useful for our business? Of course by monitoring our employee on computer we can find out what they have done on the computer, in cases they do something that criminal activity or doing something that only wasting time and organization resources such as online shopping, chatting and viewing frivolous content instead of work they are paid. So we can used it as productivity tool.

Also sometimes we as parents, especially a busy but still want to watch our children activities, so maybe is a wise decision to use a keylogger to ensure our children are not accessing sites they should not see.
