Tips for successfully managing an SME staff

Before hiring a person find out everything you can about his past and his career. If he were previously in other companies, you can contact to inform him about his behavior. Try to find references and not stay with what the candidate shows. This way you will avoid potential problems in the future.

Rather than try to make direct questions to their employees ask questions like: If you were supervisor that problem would you say that has such an employee?

Pay more to employees

The employee B is solid contributors in the organization but in the end are being handled by employees A. Therefore not effective in key positions or leadership is therefore best to place an employee in those positions and pay them more.

Drive carefully the wage gap within the company staff

It is very likely that your company has different types of wage levels. Obviously going to be used with higher performance / talent / training that they have a higher salary than other employees. It has happened several times that after a person leaves a promotion to pay the same as in their previous position or that there are people who feel more comfortable and more productive are performing certain tasks. Hire people who are already working

This checking through experience and practice that is more effective to hire people who are currently working for other companies (though often more expensive) than people who are currently unemployed.
